We keep this short because the list is short. Web Chick does not run advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or website analytics. We do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Two categories apply on this site:
- Strictly necessary. First-party only. These keep the site working — page navigation, accessibility settings, and remembering the cookie choice you make below. They cannot be switched off.
- Third-party embeds. Two widgets pull live content from outside services: Elfsight (our Google Reviews display) and Common Ninja (our Bluesky feed). These load in an iframe from the provider and may set their own cookies. Neither one loads unless you turn them on. If you leave them off, you see a small placeholder instead and the rest of the page works exactly the same.
You can change your choice at any time: open cookie preferences, or use the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer of any page.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information you share with us. We limit access to your information to those who need it to provide our services, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How Do We Secure Information Transmissions?
Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. Some of the information you enter on our website may be transmitted securely via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption. Pages using this technology will have URLs that start with HTTPS instead of HTTP.
